Return
You may request a refund for up-to and including 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be approved to return an item, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging provided.

Several types of goods are exempt from eligible to be returned. Non-returnable items are as follows:

Sale Items

To complete your return, we will require you to provide a proof of purchase.

Refund
Once your return is received, we will check over the items that have been returned and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund where applicable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account or credit card, it may take some time before your refund shows into your account typically 7-14 days.

Sale Items
Only our regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is out of stock for an exchange.

Exchanges
We will only ever replace items if they are incorrectly dispatched, damaged or defective. If you need to request an item exchange for an item by using the contact us on the website. Once the exchange is approved the information to return the defective or incorrect item will be provided.
