As a family we love food,We always have something in the oven or on the stove.
We have a small holding which grows lots of fruit and vegetables to use not only for our table but for seasonal small batch chutneys, preserves, pickles, jams and marmalade's.
Our personal passion are rare breed animals, These keep us busy with our Tamworth pigs and Jacob sheep but also our own bees for pollination and geese for eggs. We also keep chickens for eggs.
Walking our Working Springer Spaniels gives us an opportunity to forage for seasonal favourites like Wild Garlic and Elderflowers.
My 3 girls love to bake and can usually be found hovering or joining in waiting to catch something straight from the oven! We enjoy traditional food made well with great ingredients.
We can be found locally at Artisan and Farmers Markets where we sell our produce. We also sell to local bakeries and Deli's.
All our products have food miles in mind and are usually found growing in our garden or foraged locally.These are made in our 5* Rated Kitchen in the heart of Derbyshire.
